Does what it says in the title:

Things that I need to implement for this feature to work:

  • Spawn Level Up UI
  • Create List View
  • Upgrade Existing Weapons
  • Create New Weapons
  • Randomly Select Three choices to add to list
  • Do not create list view if no options exist
  • Add health and coin options if no valid weapon choices exist
